Based on the outcome of the Technical Evaluation, the opening of the Financial Proposal is scheduled on 12 Jan 2026 at 11:00 am. The Financial Proposals shall be publicly opened online by the Client’s evaluation committee in the presence of the representatives of the Consultants and anyone else who chooses to attend. Any interested party who wishes to attend this public opening should contact the client as indicated in the Data Sheet of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
